Sales and Application Engineer

Location: DHA Phase 1, Karachi

AY Capital is looking for a motivated Sales & Application Engineer to join our growing team. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or professionals with up to 2 years of experience who are eager to build a career in technical sales and customer solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities.
• Respond to customer inquiries and recommend suitable technical solutions.
• Prepare quotations, technical proposals, and commercial documentation.
• Maintain accurate customer records, quotations, and sales reports using Microsoft Excel.
• Create and update Excel sheets for sales tracking, pricing, inventory, and reporting.
• Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to ensure timely order execution.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
• Conduct product presentations and provide technical support when required.
• Meet assigned sales targets and prepare regular progress reports.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering.
• Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 2 years of experience.
• Strong command of Microsoft Excel (formulas, filters, Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, data management, and reporting).
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Willingness to learn and grow in a technical sales environment.
