Role Overview
As a Sales and Client Support Executive or Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, developing client relationships, and ensuring high-quality service delivery. The role requires strong communication skills, commercial awareness, and the ability to build long-term professional partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive outreach
• Develop and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients
• Present recruitment solutions aligned with client workforce needs
• Coordinate with internal recruitment teams to ensure successful delivery
• Maintain consistent follow-up and pipeline management
• Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets

Candidate Profile

• Fluent English communication skills, both verbal and written
• Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities
• Target-driven mindset with a proactive approach to sales
• Professional attitude with the ability to build client trust
• Previous experience in sales, business development, or client servicing is preferred but not mandatory
