Sales and Customer Service

Join our team at Camouflage Army Surplus Store in Canada, specializing in military gear and apparel. We are looking for a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to fill the role of Sales Customer Service Representative. This is a long-term position where you will be the main point of contact for our customers, ensuring their inquiries and concerns are addressed professionally and promptly.

Responsibilities

• Customer Interaction: Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat, providing accurate and helpful information.
• Issue Resolution: Handle customer complaints and resolve issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Product Knowledge: Acquire and maintain comprehensive knowledge of our products to assist customers with selection and recommendations.
• Order Processing: Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges in accordance with company policies and procedures.
• Collaboration: Work with other departments to address customer needs and provide seamless service.
• Record Keeping: Keep accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and inquiries.
• Issue Escalation: Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate team members.
• Policy Updates: Stay up-to-date with company policies, procedures, and promotions to ensure accurate and consistent information is provided to customers.

Qualifications

• Language Proficiency: C1 English speakers with impeccable written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience: Proven customer service experience and sales.
• Skills: Strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Professionalism: Ability to work well under pressure and handle difficult situations with professionalism and empathy.
• Tech Savvy: Proficient in using computer systems and software applications.
• Multitasking: Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Flexibility: Must be flexible with rotational shifts.
• Equipment: Must have a laptop, noise-canceling headset, and a reliable internet connection.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: E£10,000.00 - E£30,000.00 per month
