Key Responsibilities:

1. Customer Communication

Respond promptly to customer inquiries and order requests on WhatsApp.

Provide product information, availability, pricing, and recommendations where needed.

Maintain a polite, professional, and customer-friendly tone.

2. Order Management

Receive customer orders via WhatsApp and confirm details (quantities, product variants, delivery address, payment mode).

Accurately punch orders on the website or Odoo ERP on behalf of customers.

Generate order confirmations and share with customers when required.

3. Coordination with Store/Warehouse

Ensure timely picking and packing of orders with the operations/warehouse team.

Coordinate with dispatch/delivery staff for timely shipment.

Track order status and update customers accordingly.

4. Accuracy & Quality Control

Double-check order details before processing to avoid errors.

Ensure products packed match customer requirements.

Handle substitutions or stock-out scenarios with customer approval.

5. Customer Experience

Provide order updates proactively (order confirmed, packed, dispatched).

Handle complaints or issues professionally and escalate if required.

Build customer trust by ensuring smooth order fulfillment.

6. System & Record Keeping

Maintain records of all orders received and processed via WhatsApp.

Update Odoo/website with accurate customer details and order history.

Share daily/weekly order reports with the supervisor.

7. Team Collaboration

Work closely with sales, warehouse, and delivery teams to ensure seamless operations.

Support in improving processes for better customer experience.

8. Educational Requirement:

Minimum Graduation

9. Experience:

6 Months to 1 year experience in (CSR)
