Job Title: Sales and Design Engineer

We are looking for a Sales and Design Engineer with 2-3 years experience in Sales and solar products/projects with strong communication skills, public relations and public speaking.

Job Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Renewable Energy, or a related field.
• Proven experience in sales and technical design, preferably in the solar industry.
• Strong understanding of solar energy systems and technologies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to analyze client needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain relationships with clients to drive sales.
• Conduct site assessments and design customized solar solutions.
• Prepare and present technical proposals and cost estimates.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure project feasibility and design accuracy.
• Stay updated on industry trends and technological advancements.
• Provide technical support and guidance to clients throughout the project lifecycle.
• Manage and track sales leads and project progress.
• Meeting regular sales targets.
