Overview

As a Sales and Fitness Development Coach, we are looking for a motivated and experienced coach with client-focused sales skills. You will manage sales pipelines and educate users on the unique capabilities of OxeFit equipment, strength and conditioning programs, assessment routines, and more.

Essential Functions
  • Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions for clients using the OxeFit XS1/XP1.
  • Schedule demos and routine follow ups on active leads.
  • Educate clients on system capabilities, performance tracking and program design.
  • Manage sales pipeline and customer sales lifecycle while meeting and/or exceeding monthly targets.
  • Build, distribute, and track customer quotations.
  • Oversee and train new clients on equipment.
  • Onboard clients in person.
  • Provide personal training sessions with new clients.
  • Handle customer inquiries and objections professionally, turning challenges into opportunities to enhance sales.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations tailored to the needs of each client, showcasing the unique value proposition.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing, ensuring a seamless experience for the customer.
Preferred Skills
  • Excellent background in selling online, managing customer expectations over phone, WhatsApp & email.
  • Preferred - Bachelor's degree in exercise science, kinesiology, athletic training, strength and conditioning, or a related area.
  • 2 3 years relevant experience in strength and conditioning coaching.
  • Fluency in English is essential; additional language skills can be a significant advantage in diverse markets.
