Sales and Leasing Consultant

We’re seeking a motivated and experienced Sales and Leasing Consultant to join our team. If you're results-driven, and passionate about real estate investment, this is a fantastic opportunity to grow with a company that values your skills and supports your success.

Responsibilities:

• Sell freehold and off-plan residential and commercial properties from top developers.
• Help investors and end-users with the full buying process.
• Explain property features, prices, payment plans, and return on investment (ROI)
• Meet clients in person, do site visits, and give online property presentations
• Find new leads through networking, referrals, and online platforms
• Stay updated about the market and new projects.
• Prepare and check sales agreements, offers, and contracts
• Build strong, long-term relationships with clients and developers

Requirements:

• At least 1 year of sales experience in any field (real estate is a plus)
• Good communication and negotiation skills
• Good English speaking and writing skills (other languages are a plus)
• Self-motivated, goal-driven, and able to work independently.
• Basic knowledge of property market in Ras Al Khaimah and investment trends
• Professional look and friendly personality
• Valid driver’s license and own car required
• Prefer candidates with own visa

Pay: Up to AED100,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Ras al-Khaimah: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
