Job Purpose:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Tender Sales Executive to join our sales and business development team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying tender opportunities, preparing competitive proposals, and managing the entire tendering process to secure contracts. You will play a key role in driving revenue growth through successful tender submissions and strategic client engagement.
Key Responsibilities:Sales Administration:
- Identify and evaluate public and private sector tender opportunities through various platforms and channels.
- Review tender documents, specifications, and requirements to assess feasibility.
- Coordinate with internal departments (e.g., technical, finance, legal) to gather necessary information for bid preparation.
- Prepare high-quality tender submissions, proposals, and supporting documentation.
- Ensure timely submission of tenders in compliance with client instructions and deadlines.
- Follow up on submitted tenders and provide feedback or clarification as required.
- Maintain accurate records of tenders, bids, and sales activities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with procurement departments and clients.
- Monitor market trends, pricing, and competitor activities to strengthen bids.
- Support the sales team in achieving revenue targets through tender wins.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in tendering, bidding, or sales (2+ years preferred).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and tender portals.
- Knowledge of the tendering process in [insert relevant industry] is an advantage.

- Familiarity with local and international tender platforms (e.g., GeM, eProcurement, etc.).
- Experience working with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to understand technical specifications and project requirements.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum 2–5 years of experience in tendering, bid coordination, or sales support roles.
- Skills:
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong knowledge of government and private sector procurement processes.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); experience with ERP or CRM systems is a plus.
- Proficiency in working with online procurement portals (e.g., GeM, CPPP, eProcurement portals, etc.)..
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹10,358.28 - ₹31,330.42 per month
