Job Summary

The Sales & Marketing Executive will be responsible for promoting Remedial’s home healthcare services, developing client relationships, and driving business growth through effective outreach and marketing strategies. This role involves identifying potential partners, building brand awareness, and supporting overall business expansion.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote Remedial’s services.

Identify, engage, and maintain relationships with healthcare providers, partners, and clients.

Conduct outreach to potential patients, clinics, and referral sources.

Manage online and offline marketing campaigns to boost visibility and patient engagement.

Assist in organizing community events, awareness drives, and promotional activities.

Collaborate with the operations team to ensure seamless service delivery for new clients.

Track, analyze, and report on marketing performance and sales outcomes.

Stay up to date with healthcare industry trends and competitor activities.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or related field.

Previous experience in sales, marketing, or business development (healthcare industry preferred).

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM tools.

Self-motivated with a proactive and results-driven approach.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Rs75,000.00 per month
