Sales and Marketing

Location: On-site
Employment Type: Full-time / Part-time

The Sales and Marketing person will be responsible for generating leads, promoting the company’s IT services, and supporting business development initiatives. The ideal candidate should be confident in communicating with international clients, capable of developing marketing strategies, and focused on achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

· Conduct market research to identify potential clients, industries, and trends

· Develop and execute sales strategies to reach prospective clients in the UK and international markets

· Manage outbound outreach including emails, LinkedIn prospecting, and cold calls

· Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients

· Prepare proposals, presentations, and service pitches for clients

· Coordinate with technical and project teams to understand services and client requirements

· Support digital marketing initiatives including social media, email campaigns, and content promotion

· Track sales performance and prepare regular reports for management

Requirements:

· Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field

· 1–3 years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development

· Excellent communication and presentation skills in English

· Experience with B2B sales, lead generation, or international clients is a plus

· Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM systems, or digital marketing tools is an advantage

· Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills

· Self-motivated with the ability to meet targets and deadlines
