Role Overview
​We are looking for a dual-threat professional to drive growth across our Real Estate and Business Consulting divisions. This isn't a role for someone looking to build a network from scratch; we need a seasoned closer with a "warm" portfolio of investors and entrepreneurs.
​You will be responsible for identifying high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs) looking for property assets in Dubai, while cross-selling them on corporate structuring, trade licenses, and residency solutions.

Core Responsibilities
​1. Dual-Sector Business Development: Generate leads for off-plan/secondary market properties and corporate service packages (Freezone/Mainland setups).
​2. Network Utilization: Leverage your existing Active Client List to generate immediate pipelines for the company.
​3. Referral Management: Maintain and expand a robust referral system with concierge services, banks, and legal firms.
​4. Market Positioning: Develop and execute marketing campaigns (Digital/Social) tailored to the current Dubai market trends (e.g., Golden Visa investors).
​5. Client Advisory: Act as a consultant to guide clients through the entire journey—from property viewing to trade license issuance and bank account opening.

Requirement Detail
1. Dubai Experience Minimum 2 years of active sales experience in the UAE (Mandatory).
2. Client Portfolio Must demonstrate an active, reachable client list and a functional referral network.
3. Track Record Proven history of meeting/exceeding sales targets in Real Estate or Business Setup.
4.Motivation High-energy, self-starter attitude with a "24/7" mindset typical of the Dubai market.
5. Licensing RERA certification (for Real Estate) is a significant advantage.

Additional Requirements :

1. Golden Visa Expertise: Since property investment is now a primary route for the 10-year residency, the candidate must understand the link between property value (AED 2M+) and visa eligibility. ​2. CRM Discipline: Proven experience using tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, or Zoho to track long-lead cycles (Consulting sales can take months). 3. ​B2B Networking: Active participation in business councils (e.g., Business & Professional Council, Dubai Chamber) to source corporate clients. ​4. Digital Savvy: Ability to manage a personal brand on LinkedIn and Instagram, as these are currently the #1 lead generators for Dubai real estate and consulting. ​5. Language Skills: While English is mandatory, proficiency in a second language (Arabic, Russian, or Hindi/Urdu) is a massive asset for this hybrid role.

​Success Metrics (KPIs) ​Conversion Rate: Percentage of property leads converted into business consulting clients (Cross-selling). ​Referral Volume: Minimum of 2–3 high-quality referrals per month from your established network. ​Revenue Targets: Quarterly milestones for both property sales volume and consulting service fees.
