Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales & Marketing Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing sales strategies, generating new business, and promoting our products and services to achieve company growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
• Promote company products and services to prospective customers
• Develop and implement marketing campaigns
• Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Conduct market research to identify customer needs
• Prepare sales reports and present progress to management
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales and marketing
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent negotiation and presentation abilities
• Knowledge of digital marketing is an advantage
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
