Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to promote training programs and consultancy services.
- Identify potential clients (corporates, hospitals, educational institutes, government bodies) in Pakistan and the UAE market.
- Generate leads through networking, digital campaigns, email marketing, LinkedIn outreach, and direct sales.
- Conduct presentations, webinars, and meetings with potential clients to showcase Prime Educational Hub’s offerings.
- Collaborate with management to design promotional campaigns, marketing materials, and social media strategies.
- Maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer need to propose new strategies.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as defined by management.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience in sales & marketing (preferably in training, education, or consultancy sector).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Digital marketing and social media management knowledge is an advantage.
- Ability to work independently and meet performance targets.
Incentives (Performance-Based)
Apart from the fixed salary, the following performance-linked incentives will be offered:
- Sales Commission: Percentage on each successful enrollment or consultancy contract closed.
