Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Sales and Marketing Coordinator to drive our brand’s growth and engagement across multiple channels. Duties
- Develop and implement multichannel marketing strategies that boost brand awareness and lead generation through channels such as social media, email marketing, print advertising, and digital advertising campaigns.
- Coordinate advertising sales efforts by identifying potential clients, preparing proposals, and supporting the sales team in closing deals.
- Utilize marketing automation tools to streamline campaigns, nurture leads, and track performance using Google Analytics and other analytics platforms.
- Conduct research on industry trends, competitor activities, and target audiences to inform marketing strategies and content creation.
- Create compelling copy for various marketing materials including blogs, newsletters, product descriptions, and advertisements using strong copywriting skills.
- Support product management teams by aligning marketing campaigns with product launches and updates.
- Monitor campaign budgets to ensure efficient allocation of resources across digital and print advertising channels.
- Analyze campaign performance data regularly to optimize ongoing efforts for maximum ROI; prepare reports for leadership review.
- Develop, implement, and track marketing campaigns, including social media management and digital content.
- Event planning including coordinate trade shows, conferences, webinars, and promotional events.

Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a sales and/or marketing role, often 2-4 years.
- Ability to analyze market trends and interpret campaign performance data.
- Knowledge of CRM software, Google Office and social media platforms.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for creating marketing materials.
- Sales Support: Prepare sales scripts, export date and create reports to aid the sales team in achieving targets.
- Research & Analysis: Analyze sales data, monitor industry trends, and research competitors to identify new opportunities.
- Collaboration: Act as a liaison between teams, ensuring consistent branding and messaging across all channels.Requirements
- Knowledge of B2B (business-to-business) marketing strategies and e-commerce platforms such as WordPress or similar CMS systems.
- Strong research skills with the ability to analyze data insights for strategic decision-making.
- Excellent copywriting skills with an eye for detail; ability to craft persuasive messaging tailored to target audiences.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic budgeting skills for managing campaign expenses effectively.
