Sales and Marketing Engineer

India

Key Responsibilities:

Sales:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in target markets.
  • Promote and sell engineering solutions, products, or services to clients.
  • Prepare and deliver technical presentations to explain products or services to customers.
  • Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate solutions or product suggestions.
  • Manage the entire sales process from lead generation to closing deals.
  • Maintain relationships with existing clients and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare quotations, negotiate contracts, and follow up on deliveries and payments.

Marketing:

  • Assist in the development and execution of marketing strategies and campaigns.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and customer needs.
  • Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and industry conferences to promote the company’s products and brand.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and digital content.
  • Use social media, email marketing, and other digital tools to generate leads and brand awareness.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical)
  • Proven experience in technical sales or marketing (2-5 years preferred).
  • Strong understanding of engineering principles and technical products.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to translate complex technical information for non-technical audiences.
  • Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently or in a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and digital marketing tools.
  • Willingness to travel as required.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
