Key Responsibilities:
Sales:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in target markets.
- Promote and sell engineering solutions, products, or services to clients.
- Prepare and deliver technical presentations to explain products or services to customers.
- Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate solutions or product suggestions.
- Manage the entire sales process from lead generation to closing deals.
- Maintain relationships with existing clients and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate contracts, and follow up on deliveries and payments.
Marketing:
- Assist in the development and execution of marketing strategies and campaigns.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and customer needs.
- Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and industry conferences to promote the company’s products and brand.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and digital content.
- Use social media, email marketing, and other digital tools to generate leads and brand awareness.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical)
- Proven experience in technical sales or marketing (2-5 years preferred).
- Strong understanding of engineering principles and technical products.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to translate complex technical information for non-technical audiences.
- Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently or in a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and digital marketing tools.
- Willingness to travel as required.
