Sales and Marketing Engineer

We are looking for a Sales & Marketing Engineer with an extensive experience in the Qatari market, specifically in Power Systems (Transmission & Distribution) infrastructure. Candidate should be well versed with entities such as KAHRAMAA, PWA (Ashghal), and Oil & Gas entities such as Qatar Energy and its subsidiaries.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement sales strategies.
• Translate complex technical information into marketable product benefits.
• Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends.
• Create and present technical product demonstrations to clients and stakeholders.
• Develop marketing materials, including product brochures, presentations, and case studies.
• Participate in industry events and trade shows to promote products.
• Work with product development teams to align product offerings with market demands.
• Support business development initiatives by providing technical insights.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience in a sales or marketing role within a technical industry.
• Strong understanding of engineering principles and technical product specifications.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to translate technical information into clear and compelling marketing messages.
• Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) software.

QUALIFICATIONS

· Experience: 5 to 7 years in Power System (Transmission & Distribution), with a proven track record in project management, tendering, and business development.

· Market Expertise: Deep knowledge of the Qatari market, particulary in relation to KAHRAMAA, Ashghal, and Qatar Energy.

· Project Management Skills: Demonstrated ability in project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution.
