Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales & Marketing Executive to drive B2B sales in the building materials sector. The candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients, maintaining strong customer relationships, and achieving sales targets through field visits and effective marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and generate new business opportunities in the B2B building materials market.

Conduct field visits to meet clients such as contractors, builders, architects, and distributors.

Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business.

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Prepare and deliver presentations, product demos, and proposals.

Collect market intelligence, competitor activity, and industry trends.

Coordinate with internal teams for order processing, delivery, and after-sales support.

Support marketing campaigns, promotional activities, and events to increase brand awareness.

Requirements

Education: Graduate in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred but not mandatory).

Experience: 0–2 years in sales/marketing (field sales experience in building materials is an advantage).

Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Self-motivated with a target-driven attitude.

Ability to travel extensively for client meetings.

Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹21,000.00 per month
