International Business Resources LLP is a Pakistan-based service company representing a UK business that specialises in the sale and supply of new and used shipping containers.

We serve clients across Europe, Canada, and the USA, helping them expand their online sales presence. Our product range includes standard containers, high cubes, side-opening units, and more — all available with customisation options to meet diverse customer needs.

We are now seeking a dynamic Sales and Marketing Executive to lead our online sales and marketing efforts, generate leads, and help grow our international business.

Key Responsibilities

Sales

  • Handle inbound enquiries via phone, email, and online platforms
  • Provide quotes and product recommendations based on customer needs
  • Follow up on leads and close sales with a professional, customer-focused approach
  • Maintain CRM records for leads, orders, and customer interactions
  • Identify new sales opportunities and customer segments

Marketing

  • Develop and manage social media and online marketing campaigns
  • Create engaging content to promote products and services
  • Monitor website traffic and improve SEO performance
  • Manage company profiles (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Google Business)
  • Analyse campaign results and report ROI

Customer Engagement & Branding

  • Build long-term customer relationships
  • Maintain a consistent brand voice across all channels
  • Respond promptly and professionally to online and social media enquiries

Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales and/or marketing (B2B preferred)
  • Strong IT and CRM management skills
  • Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken)
  • Experience managing social media marketing campaigns
  • Ability to create and manage digital content (basic graphic design a plus)
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and organised

Desirable Skills

  • Experience in shipping, logistics, or modular container industry
  • Knowledge of SEO and Google Ads
  • Familiarity with Canva, Mailchimp, or WordPress
