Sales and Marketing Executive (Female Only)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales and Marketing Executive to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets. This role requires excellent communication skills, strategic thinking, and a strong understanding of the sales process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and market research.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Understand customer needs and provide appropriate products or solutions.
• Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
• Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product, customer service) to ensure client satisfaction.
• Keep up to date with industry trends, competitors, and market conditions.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities.
• Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences as needed.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
• Proven experience as a Sales Executive or similar role.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in event and and kids activity.
• Multilingual abilities (if applicable).
• Willingness to travel in UAE as needed.

Compensation:

• Base salary + performance-based commissions.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Contract, Fresher
Contract length: 24 months

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
