Sales and Marketing Intern

We are looking for a motivated Business Formation Intern to support our corporate services team in assisting clients with company formation and licensing processes. This role provides hands-on experience in business setup procedures, documentation, and client coordination.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in company formation processes (Mainland, Free Zone, Offshore)
  • Prepare and review basic documentation for trade licenses and registrations
  • Support with application submissions to relevant authorities
  • Coordinate with clients to collect required documents and information
  • Maintain and update records in internal systems
  • Conduct basic research on business setup regulations and requirements
  • Provide administrative support to the business setup team

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to handle documentation
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Interest in corporate services or business consulting
  • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
