Sales and Marketing Manager

India

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales & Marketing Manager to lead our business growth in the solar energy sector. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of solar products and services, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets. This role requires strategic planning, team leadership, and market development to increase brand presence and revenue.

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company revenue targets.
  • Identify new business opportunities in residential, commercial, and industrial solar markets.
  • Manage client relationships, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
  • Guide and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team targets.
  • Prepare and present regular sales forecasts and performance reports.
  • Lead, train, and mentor the sales & marketing team.
  • Collaborate with technical and operations teams for smooth project execution.
  • Develop pricing strategies and proposals to stay competitive in the market.
  • Monitor customer satisfaction and ensure excellent after-sales service.
  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns (online & offline) to promote solar products and services.
  • Manage digital marketing activities including SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing.
  • Organize promotional events, exhibitions, and roadshows.
  • Conduct market research to understand customer needs, market trends, and competitor strategies.
  • Strengthen the company’s brand positioning in the solar industry.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Education:

  • Master's (Preferred)

Experience:

  • Technical sales: 3 years (Preferred)
