Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans to achieve business targets.
- Manage and grow relationships with OEMs, Tier-1 suppliers, and key B2B customers.
- Identify new market opportunities, conduct market research, and monitor industry trends.
- Lead the sales team in meeting targets and expanding market share across regions.
- Prepare annual sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports.
- Plan and execute product launches, promotional campaigns, trade shows, and exhibitions.
- Collaborate with product development and production teams to align offerings with market demand.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
- (MBA in Marketing preferred.)
- 10–12 years of relevant experience in automotive sales and marketing, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
- Strong understanding of the automotive industry, particularly OEM and Tier-1 engagement.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and expanding market presence.
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Ability to travel as required for business meetings and customer visits.
