Sales and Marketing Manager

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company targets
• Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team (TSOs & Sales Officers)
• Expand dealer network, projects, and key client accounts
• Monitor sales performance, targets, and recoveries
• Analyze market trends, pricing, and competitor activities
• Coordinate with production, accounts, and management
• Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and growth plans

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or relevant field
• 5–8 years of sales experience (aluminium, glass, construction, or building materials preferred)
• Proven leadership and team management skills
• Strong negotiation, communication, and planning abilities
• Target-oriented with strong market knowledge
