Sales And Marketing Manager- Cosmetics

We are looking for an experienced Sales & Marketing Manager with a strong background in the cosmetics industry. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of proven experience in sales and marketing, with a deep understanding of brand management, distribution, and consumer trends in the beauty sector. This role involves managing both sales operations and local marketing activities in collaboration with leading Korean beauty brands that our company imports and distributes.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve company targets in the cosmetics sector.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers, distributors, and key business partners.
• Carry on the import and distribution of Korean cosmetic brands in the local market.
• Collaborate on local marketing campaigns, promotions, and events to strengthen brand presence.
• Monitor market trends, consumer behavior, and competitors to identify new opportunities.
• Manage digital and offline marketing initiatives, including social media, influencer collaborations, and retail promotions.
• Lead and support the sales and marketing team to meet business objectives.
• Prepare regular sales forecasts, reports, and performance analyses for management.
• Implement and develop monthly sales action plans.
