Sales and Marketing Officer

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales and Marketing Executive to join our growing team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and supporting the company’s growth in digital marketing, branding, media production, and event services.

Key ResponsibilitiesSales Responsibilities

• Generate new leads for digital marketing, branding, media production, and event services
• Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations
• Prepare proposals in coordination with the creative team
• Close deals and achieve monthly revenue targets
• Maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business and renewals
• Follow up on payments and contract renewals

Marketing Responsibilities

• Develop and execute outbound sales strategies
• Identify and target new market segments
• Build partnerships and business collaborations
• Support company promotional and marketing campaigns
• Maintain accurate CRM records and sales reports

Performance Expectations

• Achieve assigned monthly revenue targets
• Ensure zero missed deadlines
• Maintain high levels of client satisfaction
• Demonstrate professional communication with clients
• Provide accurate and consistent sales pipeline reporting
• Contribute to overall company growth and brand expansion

Target Expectations

• Monthly revenue targets will be assigned by management
• Minimum number of new client acquisitions will be defined in the KPI sheet
• Regular pipeline and performance reporting required

Requirements

• Proven experience in sales and marketing (preferably in digital marketing or advertising industry)
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Ability to work independently and meet targets
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Experience with CRM tools is an advantage
• UAE experience is preferred
• Own visa holders will be given priority
