Job Title: Field Sales Executive – Automotive Batteries (UAE)

Location: Abu Dhabi / Across UAE

Company: Emirate National Battery Factory – A leading manufacturer of premium automotive batteries in the UAE.

About the Role: We are looking for a driven and energetic Field Sales Executive to join our growing automotive battery unit. You will be responsible for promoting and selling high-quality car, truck, and heavy-duty batteries to workshops, garages, fleet operators, retailers, and B2B customers across your assigned territory. If you have a proven sales track record in the automotive aftermarket or will to join a fresher and enjoy working in the field, this is a great opportunity with attractive commission potential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct daily field visits to existing and potential customers (garages, battery shops, auto workshops, transport fleets, and dealers)
• Achieve monthly sales targets and gross margin goals
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers
• Identify new business opportunities and develop new dealer/retailer accounts
• Present product features, benefits, and technical specifications of automotive batteries
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and after-sales support
• Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and maintain accurate records in CRM
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing in the battery segment

· Requirements:

• Good knowledge of automotive batteries (types, applications, technical aspects) is a big advantage
• Valid UAE driving license with own car (or willingness to drive company vehicle)
• Arabic + English (spoken and written); additional languages are a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred
