Sales and Marketing Specialist

We are hiring a Sales and Marketing Specialist who can sell our business outside Pakiustan by creating multi pronged marketing and sales strategies with effective Sales funnel creation.

QUALIFICATION : A Masters degree in Sales and Marketing with a 3.5 minimum CGPA will be preferred. An experience of atleast 1 years will be the minimum we are looking for.

The candidate has to be excellent in utilising Data based marketing and sales policies. The candidate should have a proven track-record of enhancing sales to specific customers.

Expertise :

Ability to create sales funnel.

Ability to run focused marketing leading to sale calls.

Ability to sell through excellent communication skills backed by DATA and system knowledge.

Ability to create a systematic data of potential cutomers and connect with them periodically.

Secodnly we need an employee who is SELF DRIVEN. Who is not to be guided all the time, a person who is a go-getter and who can create targets based on next few hours and not days!

Thirdly, the person has to have a personality which is absolutely non-confrontational and who can work with challenging and high-achieving team members in a competitive yet respectable environment.

Fourthly, we need you as a person who is not working with their eyes on the watch as when to packup but we need motivated people who can make our project a success because we will offer incentives that will make you have the ownership of the business. (Please do not take the toruble of initiating an intellectual debate on worklife balance as we will lookafter you more than your expectations).

Fifth: You have to be data driven, scientific in your approach and have excellent grip on use of technology and systems. If you dont have them then atleast show them your available skills and we will see if you are trainable in that direction.

Sixth: We need a person who will have the ability to meet the deadlines and who is not AT ALL a procrastinator. That will be a big Ney if you have it, please dont apply.

Seventh: We would like a hire a leader's persoanlity who is open to criticism, who has the ability to accept her/his mistakes and who has Empathy as a basic personality trait. We would like a leader who is open to new ideras.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs90,000.00 - Rs110,000.00 per month
