We are looking for a dynamic Sales & Marketing Executive with experience in B2B sales, construction, modular housing, or industrial products. The candidate will be responsible for business development, client acquisition, marketing strategies, and sales growth in the UAE market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
  • Identify and approach potential clients, contractors, and distributors.
  • Promote modular, caravan, prefab, or construction products to the UAE market.
  • Prepare quotations, proposals, and presentations for clients.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, consultants, and suppliers.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify business opportunities.
  • Plan and implement marketing campaigns (digital, events, exhibitions).
  • Coordinate with production, logistics, and project teams to ensure timely delivery.
  • Track sales performance and prepare weekly/monthly reports.

Mandatory Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of sales and marketing experience in UAE – preferred
  • Proven track record of B2B sales and business development
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Knowledge of construction, modular housing, or industrial products is highly advantageous
  • Fluent in English and Hindi; Arabic is highly advantageous
  • Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools
  • UAE driving license

Preferred

  • Experience in industrial, construction, or modular product sales
  • Familiarity with UAE market regulations and client expectations
  • Strong network of UAE contractors, consultants, and suppliers
