Sales and Operations Coordinator

Job Responsibilities – Air & Sea Freight Forwarding Operations & Coordinator

1. Manage day-to-day Sea /Air freight operations (import/export).

2. Coordinate with clients, lines, and overseas agents for booking and follow up

3. Act as a single point of contact for clients for operational updates.

4. Monitor vessel/flight schedules, routing, and cargo readiness.

5. Prepare & verify documents: MAWB, HAWB, MBL, HBL,BOE, invoices, packing lists, COO, etc.

6. Submit export/import documentation as per local and international regulations.

7. Support sales team with quotations and feasibility checks.

8. Build relationships with carriers, shipping lines, and logistics vendors.

9. Coordinate across departments (warehouse, transport, finance, and sales)

10. Learn and improve SOPs for air and sea operations on daily bases

Skills & Qualifications

Strong knowledge of air & sea freight operations, documentation & customs.

Excellent communication & negotiation skills.

Ability to multitask, work under pressure & meet tight deadlines.

Team player with strong problem-solving attitude.
