Sales and Service Engineer

Location: Islamabad (Field-Based, In-Person)

About the Role:

We are seeking a Sales & Service Engineer who will work across both technical support and sales operations. This role involves equipment installation, customer support, lead generation, procurement coordination, tender participation, and sales communication for high-tech industrial, analytical, and scientific equipment.

The ideal candidate is confident, well-spoken, customer-focused, and comfortable handling both technical tasks and sales responsibilities.

What You’ll Do (Service Side):

• Install, repair, and troubleshoot scientific & analytical equipment
• Provide technical training and on-site support
• Attend service calls and prepare reports
• Generate leads during customer visits

What You’ll Do (Sales Side):

• Prepare quotations, pricing, and sales proposals
• Support procurement of equipment
• Participate in tender processes
• Handle customer inquiries, follow-ups, and email communication
• Maintain basic sales records (Excel/Word)

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineering
• Fresh or 1-year experience in technical/sales roles preferred

Ideal Candidate:

• Confident and customer-facing
• Strong communication skills
• Comfortable talking to clients and presenting solutions
• Basic Excel, Word, and email proficiency
• Able to travel within Islamabad/Rawalpindi (motorbike preferred)
