Schedule: Full-Time | Monday to Friday | 6:00 PM – 3:00 AM (Pakistan Time)

Join Synorise, a fast-growing provider of professional cost estimation services for the US construction industry. We’re expanding our team in Lahore and looking for a driven Sales Appointment Setter to connect with US-based professionals and help accelerate our business growth.

Key Responsibilities

As part of our Business Development team, you will:

• Prospect and reach out to potential clients within the US construction sector.
• Schedule qualified sales appointments with decision-makers (contractors, builders, etc.).
• Promote our cost estimation services through outbound calls and targeted email campaigns.
• Build and nurture relationships with prospects to create long-term business opportunities.
• Update and manage CRM data for leads, interactions, and follow-ups.
• Consistently follow up to convert leads into active opportunities.
• Collaborate with the sales team to meet performance.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Education: Intermediate or Bachelor’s degree.
• Experience: 1 year or more in US-based B2B sales, lead generation, or telemarketing.
• Communication: Excellent spoken and written English with strong persuasive and interpersonal skills.
• Sales Confidence: Comfortable handling cold calls, objections, and appointment setting.
• Mindset: Highly motivated, target-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
