Job Overview

We are looking for a Sales Assistant to support our Sales Managers in client communications, lead management, and CRM updates. This role is ideal for someone who is proactive, detail-oriented, and confident in handling international client interactions.

This is a night shift position with direct exposure to international clients, offering growth opportunities in sales operations and client relations.

Shift Timing

7:30 PM – 4:30 AM IST (US Shift)

Salary Range

₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month

Key ResponsibilitiesLead Management & CRM

  • Handle incoming client inquiries via email and phone.
  • Qualify leads and provide basic service details.
  • Update and manage records in Zoho CRM.

Sales Coordination

  • Schedule meetings and calls for Sales Managers.
  • Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and reports.
  • Track sales activities and maintain documentation.

Client Communication

  • Respond promptly to client queries.
  • Escalate complex concerns to Sales Managers.
  • Support international clients (US/UK/Canada) with service-related questions.

Team & Process Support

  • Collaborate with the Onboarding and Operations teams for smooth client handovers.
  • Prepare weekly reports and maintain organized communication records.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
  • Experience: 2+ years in Sales Support/Customer Service/CRM handling (required).
  • Technical Skills:
  • Proficiency in CRM tools (Zoho CRM preferred).
  • Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Soft Skills:
  • Excellent English communication (verbal & written).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced night-shift environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with international clients.
  • Prior exposure to virtual assistant services or BPO environment.
