Responsibilities

Sales Executive:

Drive lead generation and client acquisition.

Build strong customer relationships and close sales.

Meet and exceed monthly targets.

Sales Team Leader:

Lead and mentor a team of sales executives.

Develop strategies to achieve sales goals.

Monitor team performance and provide guidance for improvement.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business/Marketing or related field (preferred).

Proven experience in sales (Team Leader role requires prior leadership experience).

Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Self-motivated, target-driven, and team-oriented.
