Key Responsibilities:
Customer Service:
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and approachable manner.Provide product information, recommendations, and assistance with sizing and styling.
- Handle customer inquiries, returns, and exchanges in a professional and efficient manner.
- Resolve customer complaints or issues, escalating to a supervisor if necessary.
Sales and Merchandising:
- Assist in restocking and replenishing merchandise on the sales floor.
- Ensure that products are neatly arranged and visually appealing to customers.
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate restocking needs to the Store Manager.
Cash Handling:
- Process cash and credit card transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain a balanced cash drawer and follow cash handling procedures.
Store Maintenance:
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store, including displays, and storage areas.
- Perform regular housekeeping tasks such as sweeping, dusting, and restocking supplies.
Product Knowledge:
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, including features, benefits, and any promotions or sales.
Teamwork and Collaboration:
- Collaborate with fellow team members to achieve sales targets and maintain a positive work environment.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Knowledge of MS office & Excel
- Previous retail experience preferred but not required.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Age : Under 30 Years
- Experience: 0-1 Year
- Language : Russian Speaker Only
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
