Sales Assistant

Key Responsibilities


Replenishment & Store Support

• Ensure timely replenishment of merchandise on the sales floor.

• Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the store team for replenishment requirements.

• Arrange products according to merchandising and display standards.

• Support receiving, unloading, tagging, and movement of stock.

• Conduct regular shelf checks to ensure product availability and proper arrangement.

• Assist in inventory counts, stock audits, and back-store organization.

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of stock areas and shop floor.


Cashiering Support

• Handle billing and checkout transactions accurately when required.

• Process cash, card, and digital payments through POS systems.

• Maintain proper cash handling procedures and support cashier closing activities.

• Assist during peak hours at billing counters.


Operational Support

• Support daily operational and back-office activities.

• Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth workflow within the store.

• Follow company SOPs, safety standards, and operational procedures.

• Assist the store team during promotions, seasonal changes, and stock movements.
