Position Summary

You support the business development team in lead generation, client outreach, and basic sales operations across digital platforms. You learn the full sales cycle for software services and assist in converting prospects into clients under supervision.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and generate leads on Fiverr, Upwork, LinkedIn, and Reddit

Send initial outreach messages and follow ups using approved scripts

Schedule discovery calls for the sales team

Gather basic client requirements and document them clearly

Assist in preparing proposals and quotations

Update CRM with lead details, communication logs, and pipeline stages

Coordinate with the development team to collect technical inputs

Track daily activity, responses, and conversions

Support onboarding by sharing basic project information with delivery teams

Learning Outcomes

Practical exposure to software services sales cycle

Hands on experience with freelancing platforms and B2B outreach

Basic understanding of software development services and terminology

CRM usage and pipeline management skills

Client communication and proposal drafting skills

Required Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Computer Science or final year student

Basic understanding of software development services

Familiarity with Fiverr, Upwork, LinkedIn, or Reddit

Clear written and verbal communication skills

Willingness to learn and accept feedback

Preferred Qualifications

Any freelancing, internship, or campus project related to sales or tech

Basic knowledge of common tech stacks and services

Exposure to CRM tools or proposal writing
