About the Role:
Civility Belongs Here is a community-wide leadership initiative to strengthen respect, rebuild connection, and spread kindness — one positive conversation at a time. In a world where negativity, stress, and division are rising, increasing civility is not optional — it’s a core leadership responsibility. We are looking for a motivated sales intern from Illinois (Chicago area preferred) who wants to use their skills to help this project grow.

Responsibilities:

• Respond to inquiries from participants and organizations interested in our programs
• Conduct outreach and follow-up calls/emails with prospective clients
• Support basic social media posting

Qualifications:

• Strong interpersonal skills and very organized
• Comfortable communicating with people by phone or email
• Reliable, positive, and self-motivated
• Interest in a professional sales career
