Sales Assistant (Luxury Multifamily Community)

Hours of Work: 10am to 6pm (off Sunday & Wednesday)

The Luxe is a LUXURY condominium community under development located in the PRIME location of Desert Ridge. The community features resort style amenities and services catering to a sophisticated buyer.

This is a critical support role for our Sales Director, helping to ensure our operations run smoothly and our clients receive an outstanding level of service. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver with exceptional communication skills and a passion for the real estate industry.

Responsibilities:

The Sales Professional will serve as an Ambassador of The Luxe at Desert Ridge. The Sales Assistant is responsible for assisting the Sales Director with responding to inquiries, facilitating personal or group visits, marketing related correspondence and materials, participating in marketing-related events (inside and outside) and focusing on lead generation including, but not limited to, marketing outreach and attending to all aspects of prospect and inquiry follow up. The ideal candidate will be the backbone of our sales team, managing administrative tasks, coordinating transactions, and providing exceptional client service to ensure seamless and successful real estate deals.

_ Qualifications:_

  • Real Estate License Required
  • Previous experience in sales (3 to 5 years’ experience)
  • Superb Communication Skills (written and oral)
  • Ability to build rapport with clients
  • Familiarity with real estate purchase contracts and floor plans
  • Exceptional Computer Skills / CRM platforms
  • Strong creative, strategic, analytical, organizational and personal sales skills
  • Deadline and detail oriented
