Job Description

As a Sales Assistant in the Retail Fashion industry, you will play a critical role in creating an exceptional shopping experience for our customers. Your passion for fashion and customer service will be vital in helping customers find the perfect items while maintaining the store's appearance and functionality. You will be responsible for supporting the store team in achieving sales goals, offering informed advice on fashion choices, and maintaining the alignment with the brand's aesthetics and policies. Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and ascertain what each customer wants or needs.
• Provide expert fashion advice and styling suggestions to customers in the store.
• Maintain the store’s cleanliness and ensure presentation is consistently up to brand standards.
• Assist in processing and replenishing merchandise and monitoring floor stock levels.
• Ensure all products are accurately priced and displayed creatively to attract customers.
• Conduct sales transactions efficiently and handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally.
• Support the management team by contributing to visual merchandising displays and brand promotions.
• Participate in stock checks and ensure the timely restock of inventory when necessary.
• Collaborate with team members to enhance customer satisfaction and drive store sales targets.
• Stay updated on latest fashion trends and product knowledge to better assist customers.
• Assist in organizing and preparing merchandising and promotional materials as required.
• Advocate for the brand’s values and assist in fostering a positive and inclusive store atmosphere.
  
  

Requirements

• Previous sales experience in a retail or fashion environment is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with customers.
• Strong passion for fashion and ability to keep up with current trends.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as required.
• Must be able to stand for extended periods and handle physical aspects of retail work.
• Proactive problem solver with the ability to handle difficult situations calmly.
