• Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed daily and weekly performance metrics for calls, leads, and appointments.
• Data Management: Maintain meticulous and up-to-date records of all client interactions within our CRM system.

What We're Looking For

• Exceptional English Skills: Both verbal and written English communication skills are a must.
• Experience: 0-1 years of experience in sales, telemarketing, or a customer-facing role. We also welcome ambitious fresh graduates who are eager to learn.
• Mindset: A proactive, resilient, and target-driven mindset with a confident and engaging phone presence.
• Quick Learner: The ability to quickly grasp new concepts and thrive in a fast-paced sales environment.
• Technical Savvy: Familiarity with CRM software is a plus, but not essential.
