About The Opportunity

A growing firm in the Management Consulting & Professional Services sector delivering strategic advisory and operational improvement to corporate clients across the UAE. We provide tailored solutions that drive growth, optimise processes, and enable digital transformation for regional and multinational customers. We are hiring an on-site Sales Executive to generate pipeline, win new client engagements, and strengthen long-term relationships across target industries.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Prospect, qualify, and convert B2B leads across target verticals to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Manage full sales cycle from outreach and discovery to proposal, negotiation, and contract closure.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships; act as the primary liaison between clients and internal consulting teams.
  • Prepare persuasive proposals, commercial offers, and tailored presentations that align solutions to client pain points.
  • Maintain accurate opportunity and pipeline records in the CRM; forecast sales and provide regular progress reports to leadership.
  • Collaborate with marketing and delivery teams on campaigns, RFP responses, and onboarding to ensure timely, high-quality delivery.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Must-Have
    • 1–4 years of proven B2B sales experience, preferably selling consulting, professional services, or complex solutions in the UAE/GCC market.
    • Strong verbal and written English; Arabic language skills highly desirable.
    • Proficiency with CRM systems (Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot) and MS Office (Excel/PowerPoint).
  • Preferred
    • Existing professional network in UAE corporate clients or sector-specific contacts.
    • Experience responding to RFPs and preparing commercial proposals for consulting engagements.
    • Track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets in target-driven environments.
