Sales Associate

Job Description:

We are seeking a driven Sales Associate to join our IPSpecialist Services team. The primary responsibility will be cold calling and acquiring B2B customers for our core offerings, including Cloud Transformation, Cybersecurity, and Managed Services. This role requires strong communication skills, resilience, and the ability to convert leads into long-term clients.

Responsibilities:

· Conduct outbound cold calls to identify and engage potential B2B clients.

· Present IPSpecialist Services offerings (Cloud, Cybersecurity, Managed IT) effectively to decision-makers.

· Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and existing clients.

· Qualify leads, create opportunities, and follow up to close deals.

· Maintain accurate records of outreach, leads, and conversions.

· Work closely with the sales team to achieve monthly/quarterly targets.

· Report sales performance and suggest strategies for improvement.

Requirements and Skills:

· Proven experience in sales, telesales, or cold calling (B2B preferred).

· Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

· Ability to handle objections and convert prospects into clients.

· Knowledge of IT/cloud solutions (AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus.

· Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.

· Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a relevant field preferred.

Compensation:

Salary plus performance-based incentives and Sales Commissions
