Sales Associate

Responsibilities for Sales Associate:

• Greeting customers, responding to questions, improving engagement with merchandise and providing outstanding customer service.
• Assist customers with requests in store and on the phone
• Demonstrate knowledge of products and services to customers
• Processing order transactions through our internal payment system. Printing, processing and organizing daily orders. Printing customer receipts.
• Stamp, mark, and tag prices on merchandise
• Achieving established goals.
• Directing customers to merchandise within the store.
• Increasing in store sales.
• Superior product knowledge.
• Maintaining an orderly appearance throughout the sales floor.
• Introducing promotions and opportunities to customers.
• Merchandising, dusting, maintaining an organized and clean store appearance.

Sales Associate Requirements:

• Must be able to go up and down stairs frequently (store is 2 floors)
• Must be able to carry 15kg
• 2 years minimum retail sales experience
• A professional appearance and clean fresh smell
• Maintain a positive attitude and focus on customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.
• The ability to read and write in Enligsh and perform basic math.
• The ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time.
• Willing to work nights, weekends, and holidays
