Sales Associate

Job Overview:

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for engaging with customers, identifying their needs, and providing effective solutions to drive sales and ensure customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Understand customer needs and recommend products or services that meet their requirements.
• Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets.
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of company products, promotions, and pricing.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships.
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback effectively.
• Keep the sales floor organized, stocked, and visually appealing.
• Work collaboratively with team members and management to optimize sales performance.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Proven experience in sales, retail, or customer service (preferred).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
• Content creation is a plus point
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple customers.
• Positive attitude, reliability, and professional appearance.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with POS systems.
• High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
