• Assist the sales team with preparing quotations, invoices, and proposals • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and WhatsApp • Manage CRM entries, update client information, and track follow-ups • Coordinate with suappliers, logistics, and internal teams for order processing • Maintain and organize company documents, contracts, and reports • Support in preparing presentations, product sheets, and sales materials • Handle office administration such as scheduling, filing, and basic accounting tasks • Monitor inventory levels and assist in procurement when needed • Follow up on payments and maintain sales records • Provide general support to sales engineers and management
