With a growing customer base and trusted legacy, we are looking to expand our telecalling sales team in Kolkata. If you’re a confident communicator who thrives in a consultative selling role, this is your opportunity to grow in a niche, high-value sales domain.

What You’ll Do

• Consultative Telecalling – Connect with inbound leads and guide them toward the right gemstone or sacred product.
• Understand Customer Needs – Build rapport, identify preferences, and offer meaningful recommendations.
• Explain Product Value – Clearly communicate authenticity, benefits, and pricing.
• Drive Sales – Convert inquiries into sales and achieve monthly targets.
• CRM & Follow-ups – Maintain accurate records and ensure timely communication with potential buyers.

What We’re Looking For

• Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Communication: Strong spoken Hindi/English, clear articulation, and persuasive ability.
• Sales Aptitude: 2+ years of Team Lead Experience in sales
• Mindset: Confident, target-driven, and comfortable handling high-value conversations.
• Interest in Product Domain: Genuine curiosity or openness toward gemstones and sacred wellness.

Note: Candidates must have a personal laptop or be willing to rent one for work.
