Role Overview

We are looking for enthusiastic fresh graduates and entry-level professionals to join us as Sales Associates in Majid Al Futtaim. This role is a great way to kick-start your career in retail, fashion, and customer service with exposure to some of the world’s most recognized brands.

• Deliver excellent customer service and create memorable shopping experiences
• Work with luxury and lifestyle brands while learning in-depth product knowledge
• Achieve and exceed sales targets through upselling and cross-selling
• Support with store operations : replenishment, tidiness, and stock management
• Handle customer concerns professionally and build strong customer relationships
