Sales Associate – High-Rise Real Estate (Commission-Based)

Key Responsibilities:

· Engage and respond promptly to inbound leads via calls, email, and WhatsApp

· Understand client requirements and recommend suitable high-rise units

· Present project details including features, pricing, payment plans, and timelines

· Handle objections and consistently follow up to drive conversions

· Maintain accurate records of leads and interactions in CRM systems

· Coordinate site visits and meetings for qualified prospects

· Collaborate with senior sales team to close high-value deals

· Track and report lead status, conversions, and pipeline performance

Requirements:

· Minimum 1 year of experience in real estate sales or project coordination (high-rise preferred)

· Strong communication and negotiation skills

· Fluency in English and Urdu (spoken & written)

· Good understanding of Lahore real estate market and buyer behavior

· Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working in a commission-based environment
