Sales Associate – UAE (Asian Nationality Preferred, Own Visa)

We are seeking an experienced Sales Associate with a background in the mattress or furniture retail sector to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong product knowledge, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist customers in selecting mattresses and furniture that meet their needs.
• Provide detailed product knowledge and recommendations.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall store performance.
• Maintain attractive store displays and ensure merchandise is well-presented.
• Handle billing, basic stock checks, and day-to-day store operations.
• Deliver excellent customer service at all times.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in mattress or furniture retail (mandatory).
• Strong sales and negotiation skills.
• Good communication in English (Arabic is a plus).
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Team player with a customer-first attitude.
• Own visa candidates preferred.
• Asian nationality preferred
• Basic computer knowledge

• Retail sales: 1 year (Preferred)
• MATRESS OR FURNITURE SECTOR: 1 year (Preferred)
