Sales Associate – Skin Care, Bath Threats and Body Products

Job Description:

• We are looking for a Sales Associate with experience in selling Skin Care, Bath Threats and Body Products. The ideal candidate should have a passion for luxury retail and excellent customer service skills.
• Welcome customers warmly and provide personalized service.
• Educate customers about the benefits, ingredients, and proper use of natural soaps and skincare products.
• Recommend products based on skin type, preferences, and concerns.
• Promote new products, gift sets, and seasonal offers.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing display.
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the team to ensure availability of key products.
• Achieve individual and team sales targets.
• Offer follow-up service and after-sales care when needed.

• High school diploma or higher.

• Minimum 1-2 years of real sales experience, preferably in beauty, cosmetics, skincare, or natural products retail.

• We are hiring a professional salesperson, not just a cashier — you must know how to approach customers, identify their needs, and confidently close sales.

• Strong product knowledge or willingness to learn about skincare and natural ingredients.
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills to explain product benefits.

• Strong sales ability with a focus on meeting targets.

• Presentable appearance with a passion for beauty and self-care.

• Basic computer skills and familiarity with POS systems.

• Ability to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
